David Ruiz joined The Cosmonaut in December 2024. He currently serves as the editor-in-chief. He is a dedicated and ambitious student, who is involved in various leadership roles. He serves as the vice president of Norton’s National Honor Society (NHS), the president of the Norton ambassador program, and a member of California State Senator Eloise Gomez Reyes’ Young Senators. Outside of his leadership duties, David enjoys spending time reading and painting miniature figurines.
